Re: create new marker on map widget

Hi Oliver,

https://livecode.com/docs/9-0-0/components/map-widget/
Looks like you need to supply an Google Maps API key!

Re: Big bunch of questions

Hi Bogs,

I think ALL of Gregs questions relate to LiveCode Builder!
Simply because this is the LiveCode Builder forum, and Greg is no newbie. 8)

Re: how to get "the markers" values of map widget

Hi Kosta, sorry for being a bit late for the party, "the markers" is an Array, so you need to: ... put the markers of widget 1 into tMarkerArray ## Now loop through all KEYS of that array and extract the "titles" put the keys of tMarkerArray into tKeys ## First collect data into a variable: repeat f...

Re: Invisible syntax error?

Check for invisible and unwanted characters in the code. macOS 10.13.6, LC 9 P.S. "difference" was introduced in LC 9 according to the...

I fell afoul of thinking that "currentTimeChanged" was related to a frame change. This assumption did not work out.
Unfortunately the dictionary is really misleading here:
currenttimechanged
...
Sent to a player when the user switches to another frame.
...
This is simply not true.

Re: frame-byframe with Video Formats

Hi Bernd,

very nice stack, but the computed FPS do not match the real FPS of these movies.
At least for the different MP4s I have on my disk.

I posted an enhancement request:

Otherwise, I'd have to ask you to pass me the 'bok', which we wouldn't be able to do any light reading in.
Sorry, don't get this?
