Re: Height of progress scrollbar

Hi Hutch,
Is there a way to change the height of the visible bar
I think no, but you can create your own progress/scroll bar with LC :D

Re: In which cases "colorchanged" message is sent

Oh, but it's for so much more than paint operations. Anything in which the user can set colors for any object can benefit from this message.
I tested:
brushcolor no sent
backgroundcolor no sent
textcolor no sent

It seems indeed only dropper tool sends colorchanged message

Re: Paint bucket issue

I believe understand that this bucket unexpected behavior happens only with if we use no square brush before using the bucket to change color of a colored area. It seems bucket works fine with square brushes

Re: Moving an object to the foreground when it is dragged

Hi Felix Is there a way to move an object on top of everything (topmost) when dragged ? Yes, you can set the layer of a object. If the owner of your object is a group you have to know what is the layer of last object of the group and that should be the max top layer you can use Best regards Jean-Marc

Re: Menu bar on android device

Hi, Not sure that is the problem but i read: mobileHideStatusBar does not have any effect on any Android devices with "hardware buttons" embedded in the status bar. For example: "back, home and menu". On these devices, hiding the status bar would remove the buttons and prevent the user from exiting ...

Re: Multi-Lingual LiveCode?

I think hypercard haden't translate code because that was a very big job and that we need a commun langage to exchange between developer from different countries. Once you have translate code in spanish and use it, you will lost time to verify with a german developer what you mean. As you may see, t...

Re: copy a part of a paint image by script

This works perfectly to export a part (rectangle) of a paint image :D on mouseUp clone img 1 -- the original image put the ID of it into tImgID put the rect of grc "cadrecopy" into tRect repeat with i = 1 to 4 add 30 to item i of tRect end repeat crop img ID tImgID to tRect put specialfolderpath("do...

Re: copy a part of a paint image by script

Thanks Jacqueline,
Big gun works.
I have to add 30 to each item of the rect but i don't know why (topleft of my original image = 1,156)

Edit: I was wrong for topleft which is = 156,1

Transparent areas are opaque
