Re: Ask interface with pulldown

Craig said,
Otherwise, there is no difference at all
Yes for code, but I found one difference for an ios version which is limited to one window.
I think that is easier to simulate dialog with a group than use a custom stack.

Re: CreateProcess failed:The system cannot find the path specified

Hi Marra, Not sure that help but if you have a closestack message you maybe need using this: on closeStack if there is a stack "revStandaloneProgress" then if the mode of stack "revStandaloneProgress" > 0 then exit closeStack end if else pass closeStack end if end closeStack Best regards Jean-Marc

Re: textEncode and Google Forms

We noticed url encode make some fantaisies
https://forums.livecode.com/viewtopic.p ... =urlencode

put urlencode("Ç") = %82
put urldecode("%82") = Ç

but if you copy "Ç" from a file name on finder
put urlencode("Ç") = C%3F

Re: Move with tab on combo box

Hi Alessio,
I tried it and it only works in edit mode, but not in run mode
Do you mean standalone ?

Re: Move with tab on combo box

I played around tabkey and found a quick but dirty way to avoid combobox on tabkey put the layer of the target into tLayerT put the layer of btn "myCombo" into tAvoid if tLayerT = tAvoid-1 then if there is a control (tAvoid +1) and "field" is in the name of control (tAvoid +1) then select text of co...

Re: textEncode and Google Forms

Hi All,
As Craig I never used post command but i met issues with accentuated file names.
urlencode/urldecode was the trick for this case
I hope that will be the same for you

Re: Ask interface with pulldown

Hi Alessio
What Craig said
The user must select a choice and he can't click a control outside the dialog is the particularity of a dialog as ask/answer.
You can simulate this with a grc with a 50 blendlevel which trap mousemessages.
