I uninstalled all previous updates and complete removed Java and install only one version of JDK. Unfortunately the same error.

Maybe a complete clean-up of everything is needed.

Hi Jacque,

I can confirm that it is the same I also reinstalled java just to make sure that all is good. And did a "Reset All Preferences to Defaults" and restarted LiveCode. Setting the location again for Android SDK root, updated the JDK again, which I confirmed is correct.

Okay, Still having a problem with this, it seems unresolvable at the moment. So I guess I will need to look at another IDE. BTW tried the Community Version 9.0 and this does not even start after the install. The splash screen starts indicating loading libraries and then it just dies, no Error or War...

Correct, I am using the Test button on the LiveCode IDE. This was the case for both the simulator and the physical devices connect via USB. Both the physical devices' Developer Mode are active.
