Installs but doesn't look right

Ok, so the app installs and runs.
But it doesn't look right on Android.
Looks correct on MS Windows.
I used the 'Standard Button'.

The goal here is one set of controls (widgets) on the card, run anywhere.
How do I do this?

Ooh. Signing. Got it.
That made it install. :D
And it runs on the tablet.
Now there are other issues, but that is a different topic.
