Need Android user to check this unwanted effect.
Hi ppl, I m willing to check 2 things : 1) Does a Square appears- for you too - on top of the button while it is pressed. 2) Does anyone knows how to remove this square effect ? - if it is even posible... You will need to build the APK. The problem only occurs on the device, not on the IDE te...

Re: Using a nicer Button "Pressed" state (than the default square)
True, When pressed in Test mode on the IDE, button just goes down, shadow disapear (or become very light blur) plus button s face also turns BLUE instead of the predefined GREY. That s very fine for me, I would not change anything from this. After building the APK, behaviors changes a bit. running o...

Re: Using a nicer Button "Pressed" state (than the default square)
oK, one more try... Is there anyway I can get rid of the "not suited" Square rectangle that appear when button is being pressed down and also after it has been released :?: Its kind of ruining the Round shape design style.. :!: :x LEFT: IDE TEST MODE / RIGHT : APP RUNNING ON DEVICE remove rect...

Re: Using a nicer Button "Pressed" state (than the default square)
Thanks Bogs, The Set Shadow to 0-255 will do the Job as for me ! I had not try that one since I focused on the empty/??? value (so many test to do try before finding the right prop/value) So actualy what would be the Word to get the Shadow prop. back seems to be a mistery, one can easely remove it b...

Re: Using a nicer Button "Pressed" state (than the default square)
Yop, I had seen both before I posted the question... (I always do now)
So I tried Normal..but didnt help.
os instead of showing/hidding...the idea ir more towards setting the Shadow on 0 or More to
get a simialr result, right ?

Re: Using a nicer Button "Pressed" state (than the default square)
Ok, i m happy witht the shadow effect from start and if i can find the way to hide this Shadow when pressed (along with the Square selection - to eventualy add a surrounding Glow white light in place of those two effects... that would be enuff to me. (doesnt make sense to me to still display a shado...
