What is the best way to test this... tried it on 4 different computers at the office and all works (all may have permission).
Also, would this method be an issue on windows as well?

Re: New Card in Standalone Application
Hmmm... That is what I thought, however.... I CAN save in my Launcher standalone without the .livecode file in the same folder? I can create new card and it will save it when I close and reopen it. If I run your files that you just uploaded... After I create the standalone, it will only work if the ...

Select "Add Stack File..." button and chose the stack you want to launch. Sorry for all these questions - I appreciate all the help. Just trying to get ...

Re: Embedded graphics in stack?
Ah... ok make total sense. So, is there a way to convert a "reference control" to just a control or do I have to delete and re-import?
Thanks everyone for all the help!

New Card in Standalone Application
I have a stack with grouped buttons that have the following codes: and .
When I save it as a standalone it will no longer save the newly created cards when I close the application.
Is there a way to make this work like it does in the livecode editor?

When I save it as a standalone it will no longer save the newly created cards when I close the application.

Re: Set stack as menu bar issues
That works!!!
Thank you so much.
Question... is there a logical reason why the window moves (jumps) in the first place or is this a bug?

Set stack as menu bar issues
I am creating a macOS program that has a standard apple os menubar that was created in Menu Bar Builder. There is a script in the stack that will move the window by selecting the edges -- however, the window jumps a few pixels upward when you have the mouse down. If I delete the menubar entirely or ...

Re: Auto-open Inspector, Code, Message
Thank you! Yes, that may do the trick while I am editing. I can then delete this before I save as a standalone. As for: Although I notice you are still banging on about the scriptEditor and an "InspectorWindow" (possibly I'm stupid, but I don't know what you mean by that). When you first start LiveC...

Instead of clicking through 5 menu item to get all the windows in place. The best way to describe this is ho...
