LiveCode's support confirmed this. This is filed now:

Using DP-11, - I create a new stack, I set the stack font to be Verdana or Arial, font size 20 - I place one button or field in the stack; I either don't set the font or set it to the same value as above - I include the TTF file and create the HTML5 standalone The text in the button or field...
