Re: Clear Browser widget cache?

Hi @thatkeith, I faced a similar problem and introducing a 500 millisecond delay (as suggested by Jackie in another post/bug report) between "clearing" the widget (setting the URL to empty) and loading the new URL seems to fix the issue. This is the code I'm using set URL of widget "Browser" to empt...

Re: Widget browser

Hi, I've one App using the Browser Widget to load very simple fixed pages developed by myself. I've set the minimum version of Android to 6.0 and for iOS to 8. They both work reasonably well (meaning the pages are shown as expected) except one problem with Android as reported on this bug report: htt...

Delay between browserNavigateComplete and actual url load

Hi, after spending a good time trying to detect when a page has really finished loading on the Browser Widget I put together this very simple attached stack It seems the message I should be using is "browserNavigateComplete" but according to one of the definitions in the dictionary (there are two de...

Thanks Mark, I've already accomplish my goal using Brian's suggestion above.

But I'll try your approach next time I need it.

Best!

Re: Separate Provisioning Profiles?

@j9v6, this is my recipe

1. Create Standalone application in LiveCode
2. Rename the generated folder to 'Payload'
3. Compress the folder to create 'Payload.zip'
4. Rename 'Payload.zip' to 'application.ipa'
5. Drop it into Transporter

one more try...

Re: Separate Provisioning Profiles?

@j9v6, hi again
...rename the compressed file from Payload.zip to Payload.ipa...
In my experience it has to be renamed to "application.ipa" and not "Payload.ipa"

I guess it would be worth to try....

Good luck

Re: Separate Provisioning Profiles?

@j9v6:
"...changed the folder name to Payload, Compressed it, renamed the zip to filename.ipa..."
as far as I understand you have to rename your ziped file to "application.ipa" and not filename.ipa as you said you are doing.

Hope it helps.

Re: Browser widget with included folder

HI, I guess the specialfolderpath has to be "documents" instead of "engine" when deploying to iOS/mobile.

Re: LiveCloud databases

@stam even though I find Livecloud a great solution I gave up using it due to performance problems. Livecloud crew tried to help but the final conclusion was that unless a server was deployed in my region (I am located in Brazil) no significant improvement was to be expected. Since the cost of the l...

Re: Table field: Title Row & no input

@craig & @cpuandnet, your suggestions are fine but things become more complicated if the header is larger than the table width (meaning there are more columns than would fit in the visible field) as is my case, and horizontal scroll is needed as well. I'm inclined to find another workaround but anyw...
